The following forms are provided for AHS:

• AHS Project Capstone checklist (due before finals period, in the semester prior to the Capstone semester)
• AHS Course Capstone proposal (due the Thursday before registration begins, in the semester prior to the Capstone semester)
• AHS Concentration proposal (this is for the classes of 2012 and 2013 ONLY; all others will fill out a survey sent by the registrar)
