Team Contract

In order to ensure a healthy working relationship, the members of Team Estrogen agree to fulfill the following team responsibilities:

• Work together!
• Always strive to do your best
• Be flexible in scheduling meetings and attending them
• Maintain an open mind, positive attitude, share what you’ve got
• Get the project done-contribute and do work
• Remain open and communicate problems/progress
• Exhibit ownership
• Have fun-laugh, bring toys/food
• Foster a learning environment (help and teach)

In exchange for adhering to their responsibilities, all members of Team Estrogen expect the team to fulfill the following expectations:

• Maintain realistic and equal expectations and workloads
• No one does only what they know
• The team supports the individual and provides opportunities for feedback
• Positive, cooperative learning environment
• Fun, in the form of quote boards, toys, warm up games, caffeine, stickers, fieldtrips, food
• Group exhibits compassion and utilizes positive conflict resolution
• Organized, clear task assignments
• Flexibility in accepting scheduling conflicts, delays, problems, etc
• Focus on the common goal
• Planning and long term goals
• Valuable end result
